Arrow CFRA Radio Host Lowell Green Complains about Xplorenet

So if you were finally looking for your chance to be heard in the media - now is the time

Lowell Green today - CFRA Radio 580Am in Ottawa - complained during his entire 2 hour show today about how bad xplorenet is.

Even when someone from xplorenet called in - what a bunch of losers - told Lowell to email them about his problems - and he told her off - How can I email you if my internet is not working !?

So if you want to be heard - now is the time - flood the radio station with emails - lgreen@cfra.com and steve.winogron@chumottawa.com - their news director

I have been out for 3 weeks now and am about to shove their satellite where the sun doesn't shine !

I have to write this post at a friends place just to get this online

Might there be an Internet link to audio of the broadcast?(Hopefully a open source type and not Itunes podcast, which would exclude many users). He definitely ruffled some feathers with it.

A post from a while back on TestMy.net had this about the SmartBro(Motorola WiFi Canopy) Internet provider in the Philippines.

.....but it mentioned on that particular article that the office of that senator was using smartbro as their primary internet service provider. It was also mentioned that projects and proposals and other transactions are actually being sent using email.. the problem arises when that senator sent a very important email that was due that particular day... and did not make it on time causing a big damage and delay of projects.. it was also mentioned that it was not the first time the office of the senator experienced such inconvenience and with that last event it triggered the investigation...

smartbro then offered the senator a dedicated internet connection with a static IP address as to pay for the inconvenience for free. the good thing about it was that one of the staff of the senator browsed through the internet to look for solutions and then stumbled upon several forums that list all the frustrations of the subscriber... the senator declined the offer and told smart to improve their service or else their office will be investigated as per violation of consumer rights....
