Default disabling nat

Is it possibe anymore to log into my sm and disable the NAT?

I don't know if it is accurate anymore. Things change over time.
ISP NAT is a big pain in the ass, especially when an ISP does not have enough IP address's to go around for all their users. Nothing worse that one or two IP address's on one(or more) towers for hundreds of users.

Xplornet needs to get moving with IPv6, to avoid issues as they expand. Windows7 and XP have IPv4 to IPv6 tunning(teredo).

how are logging on and gaining access to settings
I can log on using its ip but cant access settings
