Maybe instead of just electronically blocking the meters there should be about 10 000 small claims court suites filed against Hydro. If there is enough squealing of the wheels there will be changes.

The other thing that could be tried is for a mass blitz campaign with tens of people (different by each week or two) calling in each day to the utility´s ombudsman to complain. If there are enough complaints (heat) - - you will get some results!

mybe we should send hydro one a bill for the time wasted on the slow speed on the internet interfere with tv and phones for half the price it cost use
but we all have to do it at the same time and floud them with it all at once
if you think this is a good idea let me know
