Thats too bad but good at the same time, I talked to a friend on the LTE system and he said at night the internet is not usable! He is now in the tech support loop, I gave him the answer OVERLOADED, oversold and he has a 2 year contract to boot.

I was kind of disappointed at the time but I now see it as a blessing. Its just incredibly frustrating that there is no reasonable internet service in the rural areas.

Default Having issues again suckered us too

Just reading your thread, we have LTE, no other competitor other than hubs. So All was working well until past few weeks and again we are having speed issues. Paying for 25mbps and only getting 5. Had them out to change the modem on roof as the signal was wandering in strength. Hubby overheard techies saying that's yes the tower was almost at maximum and they could only sign up another 10 people. I am bitching like crazy, think Inwill reportbthem to CRTC.

Thanks for the update. IT makes me feel a bit better as I pay my Rogers bill LOL. Its a good thing the CRTC ruled that high-speed Internet a basic service
