Success with CCTS
I contacted Xplornet to complain about slow speeds with my satellite. I had to wait weeks for clear weather to have my issue diagnosed. Finally, clear skies appeared and techies informed me that my dish needed re-alignment and that I had to pay for it. I explained that they installed and own all equipment and I pay rent for it. I insisted they service their own crap...not me, but they flatly refused.
The next day I called the CCTS and filed a complaint. 30 minutes after my complaint was filed, Xplornet phoned me offering to repair my equipment at no charge.
Four days after my complaint to CCTS, an Xplornet installer was at my door to re-align my dish.
