Xplornet WIRELESS ..........Motorola equipment........ customers should use this forum for any complaints, questions or even good news about their service....... Note that some of the language used is due to frustration over a system that should work, but does not. Whether the issue is the double NAT or not enough bandwidth or a poor install or units installed in the winter before leaves are on the tree's and then KaChing for a 70' tower. And lets not forget about the un-regulated spectrum's and known interference issues.

.............Please note your satellite when posting(Telesat KA. Or Hughesnet KA or KU)............... Forum for Satellite users of Telesat KA and Hughesnet KA and the future to be defunct Hughesnet KU bands(except for mobile users and occasional other issues of non-KA satellite view). Problems with PrimeTime slowdowns or equipment failures. And even bad Installs. Also what works and what Internet Protocols are hampered by the software(DAMA) increased Latency.

Do you have Computer problems? Post a problem and see if someone can help. Simple stuff mainly. Try out the software(links) protections forum for programs first... Unless you don't know where to start.
And Xplornet Support is violating your Rights when they blame you automatically for what is a Xplornet System problem in the first place.

A Class action lawsuit has been filed against Hughesnet in the States. But Canadians have taken an interest in it coming to Canada as well against the re-sellers. This could lead to all Xplornet users getting in on the class action, whether Hughesnet, Telesat or Xplornet wireless.
