My husband has used xplornet webmail for a while now.... accessing it on line with Mozilla Firefox on his Windows XP computer.
Suddenly, although he can get into his mailbox, emails won't open. Strangely, the site works when he tries it on my laptop, Firefox on Ubuntu Linux. He got in on his own computer at least once with Internet Explorer, had a freezeup that might or might not be related..... Has any good person out there heard of anything like this before? ![]() |

Possibly a anti-virus or anti-spyware program silently blocking the links(emails) on the webmail.
If it were firewall, it would probably block the whole webmail. And I am guessing that the computer has already been rebooted to clear any issues. You could also scan with, MalwareBytes. Anti-Malware http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes...dlPid=10896905 to make sure no bugs are interfering as well. It's free and download and install and update definitions, then scan. |
